Through the online prospectus young people will also be able to apply for education and training opportunities. This electronic application is known as the Common Application Process (CAP). The Common Application Process is a system to make things easier for young people, they will only have to complete one application form online and this will be circulated to the training providers or learning institutions the young person is interested in. Any replies will be sent directly to back to them through the system.

All young people will be issued with a password at school and are introduced to the system in Year 10 or 11 depending on the school.
