Go to College

You may choose to go to your local college or go to a specialist college.

 At college…

• You will be able to try different courses.
• You will be able to choose what qualification you want to do such as GCSEs or vocational courses.
• You may be able to do a course to help you get ready for work.
• You could do a course where you choose a work area such as working with animals, hospitality and catering that you would like to do when you finish

Think about the college and course you would like to do.

If your local college is unable to meet your needs, you may have to go to a Specialist College.

 At a specialist college….

• You will get more help and support e.g. one to one support.
• You may have to live at the college during term time.
• You may have to travel to the college.
• It will help you plan your future.
